Every order placed with Represenntclo is handled with care from our fulfillment center in the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We partner with trusted national carriers—including USPS, UPS, and FedEx—to deliver your package safely. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the fastest available service at no cost to you.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered to valid US addresses, including PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses where carrier services allow.
Delivery Time
After processing, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for most US destinations. Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.
Order Tracking
Once your package is on its way, we’ll send the tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@represenntclo.it.com.
Issues with Delivery
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, please reach out to us within 5 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Represenntclo is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered to the correct address; however, we will assist you in every way possible.
