Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags attached and in the original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, or visible signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or swimwear (if applicable) cannot be returned once opened—this will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@represenntclo.it.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our support team will reply within 24 business hours with a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and attach the label. Drop the package off at the carrier location indicated on the label.

Return Shipping Cost
Returns are completely free. Represenntclo covers the return postage—no restocking fees, no hidden deductions. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) returned.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return at our warehouse (6084 Kalbfleisch Rd, Middletown, OH 45042, United States), we’ll inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund goes back to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as we’ve processed the refund.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@represenntclo.it.com. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement, and we’ll prioritize your case. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it faster.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item following the steps above and place a new order on our website.
